fermacell supporting the new affordable homes project at the BRE

Factory Homes Ltd have been selected as the supply partner for the nühaus POD System and set to build Code Level 4 Affordable homes at the BRE Innovation Park in Watford. The nühaus™ POD is a fully finished house, complete with all electrical and mechanical fittings, decorated, kitchen fitted, bathrooms and toilets installed. The house can be manufactured in a day and it fits on a lorry to be transported to site. It takes 3 hours to connect to water, electricity and waste services. fermacell are pleased to be supporting the project and supplying the drylining material for this innovative scheme which will demonstrate the merits of Factory Built Housing to the UK market.
